Standard shipping within India takes 3–7 business days. Metro cities usually receive orders within 3–4 days. Express shipping (1–2 days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping typically takes 10–21 business days. Shipping costs and duties are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Opened skeins of yarn unfortunately cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Please see our Returns Policy page for full details.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this on the courier's website to track your package in real time.
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, your order will have already entered our fulfilment process. Please contact us immediately at support@yarnandcrafts.com if you need to make changes.
Absolutely. We work directly with small-scale farmers and artisans who follow ethical and sustainable practices. All our wool yarns are mulesing-free and our cotton yarns are GOTS certified.
We accept UPI, net banking, all major credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. Payment is processed securely. You can also pay via bank transfer with manual order verification.
Care instructions vary by fiber. You'll find specific wash and care guidance on every product page. As a general rule, hand-wash natural fibers in cool water and lay flat to dry.

We're so sorry to hear that! Please take a photo of the damaged product and email it to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
