Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. If you're not completely satisfied, we want to fix it.

- ✅ Unopened skeins of yarn in original packaging
- ✅ Knitting needles and crochet hooks (unused, undamaged)
- ✅ Pattern books and accessories in original condition
- ✅ Gift sets (fully intact, unopened)
- ❌ Opened or wound skeins of yarn (hygiene reasons)
- ❌ Downloadable patterns (non-returnable once accessed)
- ❌ Customised or personalised items
- ❌ Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page)
How to Return — 3 Simple Steps

Contact Us
Email support@yarnandcrafts.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days.

Pack & Ship
We'll email you return instructions. Pack the item securely and ship it back using any tracked courier.

Refund or Exchange
Once received and inspected (1–3 days), we'll process your refund or send your exchange item.
Refunds
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product).
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we made an error.
Exchanges
Want a different colour or size? We're happy to exchange! Simply contact us and we'll get you sorted. Subject to availability. If the replacement item is higher in price, you'll be charged the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received something damaged? We sincerely apologise. Please email us at support@yarnandcrafts.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
